Clear text, useful controls, and help when something gets in the way.

Our approach
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA to guide design and testing. Our work includes readable contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, labels, text zoom and reduced-motion support.
We do not claim that every page or feature has passed a full WCAG conformance evaluation. An accessibility goal is not a certification.
Language and translation help
Public pages are available in English, Spanish and Korean. Translations may contain errors. If wording prevents you from understanding information or completing a task, email translation@itemeyez.com with the language and page. We can review the wording and discuss another way to help. See the Translation notice.
Using the website
You can move through links and controls with a keyboard. Skip to content is available at the start of each public page. The website adapts to phones, tablets and computers, and respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Use your browser’s text zoom if you need larger text. If an animated example is difficult to read, its available controls let you choose a view or replay it.
Get help or report a barrier
Email help@itemeyez.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what prevented it. Your browser, device and assistive technology can help us reproduce the issue; share only what you are comfortable providing.
We review reports, work on corrections, and discuss an accessible way to help with the information or task. You do not need to send medical information or proof of a disability.
