Google Maps features and content are subject to: Google Maps terms; Google Privacy Policy.

Route checks are optional suggestions. Review the route and enter the actual miles you drove. A suggested route is not GPS evidence of a trip, and background tracking is not active. Map images are loaded on request and are not stored with trip records.

The service

Itemeyez is a browser tool. Free account registration is open. Paid subscriptions are currently unavailable. This website does not collect subscription payments. Mobile apps are coming soon.

These terms cover the Itemeyez website and browser tool, operated under the Itemeyez name in Tennessee, USA. Account users must be at least 18 and have authority to use the information they enter.

Your account and your records

Your records remain yours. You give Itemeyez permission to process information you choose to submit only as needed to provide the service, handle support and meet legal duties described in the Privacy policy.

Keep your sign-in details private and use an email you control. You are responsible for having permission to store client information and for reviewing the accuracy of entries and reports. Keep your own backup of important records. Device storage is not a cloud backup.

Use it fairly

Do not use Itemeyez for fraud, illegal activity, harmful files, unwanted messages, or attempts to access another person’s information. Do not interfere with the service or bypass access controls. We can restrict access to stop misuse, protect the service, or comply with law.

You can use the website and tool for their intended purpose. Itemeyez branding and website content remain the property of their respective owners; this does not transfer ownership of your own records.

Usage allowances

Your signed-in plan page shows your current allowance and reset date. Early-access benefits can have defined limits and do not promise every future paid feature. You can request more usage; approval is optional and may be limited to the current calendar month. Extra monthly allowances end at the next UTC month boundary. Existing records remain accessible and you can export raw CSV records. Reaching a limit can stop additional job creation, receipt uploads or report generation; it does not create a charge or delete existing records.

Paid plans and renewals

The following billing terms apply to paid plans purchased directly from Itemeyez when paid service is offered. Before you agree to pay, checkout must show the full price, billing period, renewal terms, applicable taxes and how to cancel. No paid subscription begins without your express agreement.

A monthly plan renews monthly; an annual plan renews yearly, unless canceled before renewal. An annual price shown as a monthly equivalent is still one yearly payment. Viewing pricing, creating a free account or starting a trial without payment authorization does not authorize a charge.

Any trial conditions or price changes must be clearly disclosed, with the notice and consent required by law. Paid plans and checkout are currently unavailable.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a direct subscription before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the period already purchased. There is no cancellation fee. See Refunds & cancellation for the process and refund exceptions.

Payments are non-refundable for a change of mind or unused subscription time, except for billing corrections and refunds or other remedies required by law. Canceling and deleting an account are separate actions.

What the tool does

Itemeyez organizes information you enter. It is not a tax preparer, accountant, bank, payment service, payroll provider or audit representative. It does not decide deductibility, worker classification or tax treatment, and does not guarantee a financial result.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or recovery of lost device records. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Nothing here excludes liability, a warranty, or a remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and applicable law

We update these terms when the service or its rules change. We provide any notice and request any agreement required by law before applying material changes. These terms are governed by Tennessee law, except where laws that apply to you require otherwise. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain in place.
