Itemeyez / The details
Cookies & analytics.
Essential storage keeps things working. Optional features are your choice.
Translation notice preference
The itemeyez_translation_notice_v1 session-storage setting remembers whether you closed the Spanish or Korean translation notice in the current tab session. It stores only the language choices, not messages, contact details or account data. It does not enable optional analytics.
Your choice comes first
Use Cookie preferences to choose first-party analytics and the third-party TrustedSite badge separately. Both start off, and rejecting them still lets you use the site. A previous analytics-only choice does not activate TrustedSite.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep both optional features off. Browsing or scrolling does not count as agreement. If storage is blocked, your choice may last only for the current visit.
Essential cookies and browser storage
Opening the owner back office sets an itemeyez_internal cookie to exclude that browser from future public visitor measurements for 180 days. It contains only an exclusion flag, never an account ID or visitor ID, and remains after sign-out. Clearing cookies or using another browser requires opening the back office again. Historical anonymous visits cannot reliably be identified as owner visits.
We save your privacy choice for 180 days using the itemeyez-privacy-choice-v2 browser setting and the itemeyez_analytics first-party cookie. The cookie records allow or deny, not an identity or visitor number. Each browser and site address keeps its own choice. We ask again after expiry or a material change that needs fresh permission.
The itemeyez_language first-party cookie remembers your chosen website language for 180 days. It stores only en, es or ko and is separate from optional analytics.
The tool uses browser storage for device records, receipts, theme and preferences. In an account-enabled workspace, browser storage also keeps you signed in and supports secure account links. Sign-in can persist between visits until you sign out or clear the relevant storage. Free account registration is open.
Device records stay in this browser until you remove them or the browser clears them. Clearing site storage can permanently remove device-only records. Save an export first.
Optional website analytics
After you accept the current notice, first-party analytics measures consenting browsers, sessions, public page views, broad screen groups, active foreground time and plan choices. Idle and hidden time are excluded. These estimates cannot tell us who an individual visitor is or why they did not upgrade.
The itemeyez-browser-v2 random browser ID expires after 30 days. The session ID in itemeyez-session-v2 expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not fingerprint devices. Approximate network city and US ZIP areas come from Cloudflare; map coordinates are rounded and an area is displayed only after five consenting browsers. Raw IP addresses and precise device locations are not saved in this analytics dataset.
Our Cloudflare endpoint validates these limited events and saves them in private Supabase storage, accessible only to verified owners. Events are removed after 90 days during the next collection or dashboard cleanup. Legacy aggregate Cloudflare Analytics Engine counts expire after three months. No account pages, private workspaces, form values, full URLs, query values, financial records, receipts or credentials are measured. We do not link random analytics IDs to accounts, build advertising profiles, record sessions or track across websites.
Withdrawing permission clears the analytics IDs on this browser and stops future collection. Earlier events remain until retention cleanup; they have no name or account link that lets us identify your contribution. The version-2 notice asks for fresh permission before this expanded measurement begins.
Optional TrustedSite badge
Your separate TrustedSite preference starts off. If allowed, the vendor loads its official code and badge on public marketing and support pages. It receives normal connection information, including your IP address. The trustedsite_visit cookie and local-storage flag last up to 24 hours; trustedsite_tm_float_seen lasts five minutes to remember display state. TrustedSite controls its own service logs under its privacy policy.
The badge is not loaded on private tool, account, checkout or query-bearing pages. We do not enable conversion tracking or send order or account values. GPC and Do Not Track keep it off. Refusing or withdrawing clears the known visit/display storage. If its code has loaded, the page reloads to stop that execution context. TrustedSite privacy information.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website whether or not you accept optional analytics. It handles connection details, including IP addresses and requested pages, to serve requests, prevent abuse and operate the service. These essential hosting and security activities are separate from the optional measurements above.
For website request limits, the host turns the connection address into a secret-keyed hash that changes each hour. Only that token, the type of limit, an expiry and a request count reach a private security table. Tokens are not joined to account or analytics records. These counters expire within three hours and are deleted during the next security cleanup request; expired counters do not extend a limit. Authentication also has provider rate limits. These essential protections run without optional analytics consent.
Itemeyez does not use advertising cookies, cross-site advertising pixels or third-party social embeds. We do not sell analytics data or use it for targeted advertising. See Cloudflare privacy information.
Browser controls
You can also use your browser’s site-data controls to review, block or clear storage. Use browser or device permissions to turn location access off. Blocking necessary storage can stop device saving, remembered preferences or sign-in from working.
Changing your analytics preference does not delete your records. Clearing browser storage does not delete support emails or data in a separate account workspace. We update this notice when our practices change and request any fresh consent required by law.
