Start with the basics.
Do I need a payment card?
No. Create a Free account with your email and password. There is no subscription charge for the current Free product.
What are the current limits?
Free includes 5 active jobs, 20 receipt uploads, 5 PDF or print reports and 10 new custom calendar events per month. Editing or deleting a saved custom event does not use or restore its monthly allowance. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month. Your signed-in Your plan page shows your actual allowance, usage and reset date. Each workspace also supports up to 120 saved budget categories across months, 5 saved savings goals at a time and 500 grade or score entries, within its storage limit. You can download a copy of those plans and scores.
What if I need a little more usage?
You can request extra usage from Your plan. Requests are reviewed individually; approval is not guaranteed and does not create a charge or subscription.
Will reaching a limit delete my records?
No. Existing records and raw CSV exports remain accessible. A limit can pause new jobs, custom events, receipt uploads or report creation until your allowance resets or an extra allowance is approved.
Does Itemeyez file my taxes?
No. Itemeyez helps organize records for you or your tax preparer. It does not decide deductions, file taxes or provide tax advice or audit representation.
Is there a mobile app?
Itemeyez works in your browser on a phone, tablet or desktop. Downloadable apps are coming soon.
